(1) Sale of registration form from 09:00 AM to 12:00 Noon.
(2) A child must be 5 years old on 31ST March 2012 for Class :- I ST .
(3) Attested copies of the following documents would be required to be submitted along with the application form for registration :-
(A) ATTESTED COPY OF BIRTH CERTIFICATE OF CHILD.
(B) ATTESTED COPY OF RESIDENT PROOF.
(C) ATTESTED COPY OF CASTE CERTIFICATE SC/ ST/OBC/
(D) SGC AFFIDAVIT BY PARENTS.
